Solo founders or limited info
No company email, or not much for us to verify? We start you with a shorter period.
Who can apply
- Founded within the last 7 years, based on your business registration date
- Not paying for zapp yet
- Has a company-domain email. With a personal email, you get 1 month.

We check it
A person reads your application and checks your founding date and company email.

Start on Pro
Once approved, we switch your team to Pro and email you the end date.
When it ends
Your team moves back to Basic. We don't delete your documents or data. Pro-only screens like roadmaps and KPIs are locked, and they come back as they were if you move to Pro again. We never ask for a card, so you're never charged automatically.
If anything in your application turns out to be untrue, we end your Pro access and move your team back to Basic. Each team can join once.
